Deposit Requirement
* A 30% deposit of the booking value must be received within one week of booking confirmation; otherwise the reservation will be void.
* All guests must have a credit card to occupy a unit or make a deposit to: Beneficiary’s name: Bamboo Village Beach Resort & Spa - Account Number: 102 02 00000 92145 (USD) Or Account Number: 102 01 0000 336145 (VND) at Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade (SWIFT CODE: ICBVVNVX) Binh Thuan Branch.
Cancellation Policy
The Resort reserves the right to:
(a). Charge 50% of the deposit for notifications between 7 days and 24 hours before check-in time; or, (b). Charge 100% of the deposit for no-shows and later notifications; or: (c) Withhold 10% of the booking value against the deposit as handling fee for other earlier notifications;
The remainder (a & c) will be retained for next bookings within 6 months after the cancelled one and not refundable.
Other Information
* Extra bed: (maximum 1 per room) US$30 each with breakfast.
* Free for 1 child under 12 years old sharing room with parents without requesting extra-bed and without breakfast (or with breakfast chargeable at US$5).
* One extra bed is automatically chargeable if 2 children under 12 sharing room with parents;
* Rooms will be held till 4:00 pm unless otherwise guaranteed.
* Group rates discount negotiable.
* Check-in time: 2:00 pm.
* Check-out time: 12:00 noon.
* 50% of one room night will be charged for late check-out.
* One full room night will be charged for late check-out after 6:00 pm.
